The Coggeshall Community Bus is a unique service run and operated totally by volunteers. The bus provides morning and evening runs to and from Kelvedon railway station, as well as local midday runs to provide an invaluable transport link around Coggeshall. The bus operates on a not-for-profit basis, and is completely self financing. The current air conditioned Mercedes vehicle entered service in September 2017.
Works at Kelvedon Station
Starting from Wed 24th of January the access road to the ticket office and London bound platform will be closed to traffic for three weeks. This will mean that the morning runs will have to drop passengers in the car park next to the Colchester bound line. Passengers will then have to use the foot bridge to get over to the London bound line. We will post further information here as and when it becomes available.
Volunteers Drivers Required
We allways need more volunteer drivers, so if you or someone you know can spare just a few hours per month, to help keep this vital community service running, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, orclick HEREfor more information.
